Got home early last night and decided to fix myself some dinner. I had some lovely bone filled fatty pieces of pork, the kind Catherine just does not like and some Black Bean and Chilli sauce. So put those together with some tomatoes, mushrooms and rice noodles it can only be good, can't it?
Well I think the missed the emphasis on the Spicy bit with the sauce. Damn it was hot. It was definitely one way to stop me eating too much. I know you don't really need to know this but I haven't been to the toilet yet today and in all honesty I am not really looking forward to it!
After dinner I went out to K1 (quiet bar near home) with a mate from work who is over from London. His nickname just happens to be 'Stella Dave' and our 1 hour 1 beer policy quickly changed into 2 hours and a couple of beers...but it was cool to chill out and have a chat.
Anyway, off to Rat alley tonight for some food (god knows what I might end up eating) as that is one of the last things round here that I haven't done that sounds like it is worth doing.
